Perfect for the summer: ice-cold, fruity sweet and just delicious!

ingredients

    • 200 g blueberries / blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    • 200 g of bananas
    • 600 g skimmed milk yoghurt, natural, up to 0.5% fat
    • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 8 pieces of ice cubes , or 8 tablespoons of crushed ice
Manual

Wash fresh blueberries or thaw frozen TK berries in a colander. Cut bananas into chunks and puree with blueberries and yoghurt. Season with sugar. Spread the crushed ice over 4 glasses and top up with a smoothie. Serve garnished with lemon balm if desired.
