- 1 1/2 cups (gluten-free) rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds, optional sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients. Evenly spread granola on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake granola 15 minutes, stirring after 8 minutes. Allow to cool completely before storing in a covered container.
