Shortens the time required: Pre-boil several portions of lentils and then freshly made-up drinks are freshly mixed!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp lentils, dry , red
  • 50 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of orange juice
  • 1 knife tip (s) orange peel, untreated
  • 1 drop of vanilla flavor , (or vanilla pulp)
  • 100 ml of milk, skimmed, 0.3% fat
  • 1 pinch (s) of sugar
Manual:

Boil the lentils with the water and cover, cook for about 10 minutes until soft. Drain cooking water. Puree the remaining ingredients with lentils in the blender and sweeten the fit drink to taste. Bottom up!
