Ingredients:

  • 2 (6-8 ounce) frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Lightly brush the frozen chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides.
  2. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts, pressing lightly to adhere.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  5. Air fry at 360°F (180°C) for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken breasts.
  6. Continue air frying for another 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) as measured with a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the chicken.
  7. Remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
