- 2 (6-8 ounce) frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Lightly brush the frozen chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides.
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry at 360°F (180°C) for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken breasts.
- Continue air frying for another 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) as measured with a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the chicken.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
