Ingredients:
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1.5 oz Apple Pucker
- 1 oz Apple Juice
- 0.25 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3-4 Thinly sliced Granny Smith apple wedges
Instructions:
- Chill the glassware. Place your martini glass in the freezer for 5 minutes or fill it with ice and water. Note: A cold glass prevents the drink from diluting too quickly.
- Measure the spirits. Pour 2 oz Vodka and 1.5 oz Apple Pucker into your shaker.
- Add the mixers. Pour in 1 oz Apple Juice and 0.25 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Ice the shaker. Fill the shaker to the brim with ice. Note: More ice actually means less dilution because it chills the drink faster.
- Seal and shake. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
- Prep the glass. Discard any ice or water from your chilled glass.
- Strain the liquid. Quickly strain the mixture into the glass to keep the aeration.
- Add the garnish. Slide 3-4 thinly sliced Granny Smith apple wedges along the rim or float them on top.
