Ingredients:
- 2 cups sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 block cream cheese (8 oz or 227g), softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and heavy cream. Whisk until smooth.
- Stir in the sweet corn, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Grease the baking dish with unsalted butter. Pour the corn mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
