Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 block cream cheese (8 oz or 227g), softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and heavy cream. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in the sweet corn, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  4. Grease the baking dish with unsalted butter. Pour the corn mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Place the dish in the preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
