Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240 ml) sour cream
  • ½ cup (120 ml) mayonnaise
  • 8 oz (225 g) chipped beef, chopped
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp (5 g) garlic powder
  • 1 tsp (5 g) onion powder
  • ½ cup (60 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup (50 g) pecans, chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) brown sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped chipped beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Transfer the beef mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, mix the chopped pecans, melted butter, and brown sugar for the topping.
  6. Evenly spread the pecan topping over the beef mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
