Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150g) frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- ½ cup (120ml) Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- ½ cup (120ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy, like almond, soy, or oat milk)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) vanilla extract (optional)
- A few ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Add the frozen berries, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract (if using) to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk. If it's too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste the smoothie and add more honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy! Garnish with a few fresh berries or a sprig of mint, if you're feeling fancy.
