Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • ½ cup (120ml) Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • ½ cup (120ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy, like almond, soy, or oat milk)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) vanilla extract (optional)
  • A few ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add the frozen berries, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract (if using) to the blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk. If it's too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Taste the smoothie and add more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy! Garnish with a few fresh berries or a sprig of mint, if you're feeling fancy.
