Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150g) fresh blackberries
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 750 ml (1 bottle) dry red wine (such as Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) orange liqueur (like Cointreau or Triple Sec)
- 2 cups (480ml) soda water or lemon-lime soda
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Wash the blackberries gently.
- Slice the orange, lemon, and lime thinly.
- In a large pitcher, add the blackberries, orange slices, lemon slices, and lime slices.
- Pour in the red wine and orange liqueur.
- If desired, stir in the sugar until dissolved, adjusting to taste.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
- Just before serving, add the soda water or lemon-lime soda for fizz.
- Stir gently to combine and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
