  • 3 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
  • Sprite (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker or mason jar halfway with ice.
  2. Pour in the Irish whiskey, peach schnapps, and sweet and sour mix, ensuring the ice is fully submerged.
  3. Seal the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds until the shaker is ice-cold to the touch.
  4. Strain the mixture evenly into 6 shot glasses.
  5. Top each glass with a splash of Sprite and serve immediately.
