Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz cake vodka
- 1 oz Rumchata or white chocolate liqueur
- 0.5 oz half and half
- 1 dash pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp vanilla frosting
- 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Instructions:
- Spread a thin layer of vanilla frosting on a shallow plate and place rainbow sprinkles on a second plate. Dip the rims of two shot glasses into the frosting, then into the sprinkles until coated.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the cake vodka, cream liqueur, half and half, and vanilla extract.
- Shake vigorously for approximately 15 seconds until the shaker is frosty and well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture through a Hawthorne strainer into the prepared shot glasses. Optionally top with whipped cream.
