Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz cake vodka
  • 1 oz Rumchata or white chocolate liqueur
  • 0.5 oz half and half
  • 1 dash pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp vanilla frosting
  • 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Spread a thin layer of vanilla frosting on a shallow plate and place rainbow sprinkles on a second plate. Dip the rims of two shot glasses into the frosting, then into the sprinkles until coated.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the cake vodka, cream liqueur, half and half, and vanilla extract.
  3. Shake vigorously for approximately 15 seconds until the shaker is frosty and well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture through a Hawthorne strainer into the prepared shot glasses. Optionally top with whipped cream.
