Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled (225g)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla (240g)
  • 1 cup milk (whole or almond, 240ml)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (30ml)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (2.5ml)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the strawberries by hulling and rinsing them well.
  2. In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary.
  4. For a chilled shake, add a few ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is achieved.
  5. Taste the shake and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.
  6. Pour the shake into serving glasses and enjoy immediately.
