Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled (225g)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla (240g)
- 1 cup milk (whole or almond, 240ml)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (30ml)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (2.5ml)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the strawberries by hulling and rinsing them well.
- In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary.
- For a chilled shake, add a few ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Taste the shake and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.
- Pour the shake into serving glasses and enjoy immediately.
