Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed coffee (240 ml, strong or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (5 g)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free sweetener (monk fruit, stevia, or erythritol) (30 g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (1.25 ml)
  • Whipped cream (sugar-free if desired)
  • Cocoa powder or cinnamon for dusting

Instructions:

  1. Brew 1 cup of strong brewed coffee using your preferred method. Use a coffee maker or French press for best results.
  2. In a separate cup, add the unsweetened cocoa powder and sugar-free sweetener.
  3. Pour the brewed coffee into the cup with the cocoa and sweetener. Stir well until dissolved.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and mix thoroughly for flavor depth.
  5. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder or cinnamon, if desired.
  6. Enjoy immediately while hot!
