- 2 tablespoons sugar-free sweetener (monk fruit, stevia, or erythritol) (30 g)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (1.25 ml)
- Whipped cream (sugar-free if desired)
- Cocoa powder or cinnamon for dusting
Instructions:
- Brew 1 cup of strong brewed coffee using your preferred method. Use a coffee maker or French press for best results.
- In a separate cup, add the unsweetened cocoa powder and sugar-free sweetener.
- Pour the brewed coffee into the cup with the cocoa and sweetener. Stir well until dissolved.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix thoroughly for flavor depth.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder or cinnamon, if desired.
- Enjoy immediately while hot!
