Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast
- ¾ cup warm water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)
- ½ cup blue cheese dressing
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast; let it sit until frothy for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt; create a well, then add yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Knead until smooth, then let rise covered for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and place your baking sheet or pizza stone inside.
- Punch down the dough, roll it out into a large circle on a floured surface.
- Carefully transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the base, distribute the buffalo chicken on top, and finish with blue cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- In a small saucepan, mix the blue cheese dressing with lemon juice and warm gently.
- Drizzle warm blue cheese sauce over the pizza and sprinkle with green onions. Slice and enjoy!
