Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • ½ cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast; let it sit until frothy for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and salt; create a well, then add yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Knead until smooth, then let rise covered for 30 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and place your baking sheet or pizza stone inside.
  6. Punch down the dough, roll it out into a large circle on a floured surface.
  7. Carefully transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the base, distribute the buffalo chicken on top, and finish with blue cheese.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. In a small saucepan, mix the blue cheese dressing with lemon juice and warm gently.
  11. Drizzle warm blue cheese sauce over the pizza and sprinkle with green onions. Slice and enjoy!
