Ingredients:

  • 0.5 oz Irish Cream Liqueur (must be cold)
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Instructions:

  1. Pour the cold Irish Cream Liqueur (0.5 oz) into a standard shot glass.
  2. Quickly float the Fresh Lime Juice (0.5 oz) on top of the cream liqueur. Do not stir or mix in the glass.
  3. Consume the shot immediately. Hold the liquid in your mouth for 3 to 5 seconds while swishing aggressively to ensure the ingredients fully mix, initiating the curdling reaction, before swallowing.
