Ingredients:
- 0.5 oz Irish Cream Liqueur (must be cold)
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Instructions:
- Pour the cold Irish Cream Liqueur (0.5 oz) into a standard shot glass.
- Quickly float the Fresh Lime Juice (0.5 oz) on top of the cream liqueur. Do not stir or mix in the glass.
- Consume the shot immediately. Hold the liquid in your mouth for 3 to 5 seconds while swishing aggressively to ensure the ingredients fully mix, initiating the curdling reaction, before swallowing.
