Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

Instructions:

  1. Measure and pour 1.5 oz of chilled Irish Cream Liqueur into a standard shot glass.
  2. Measure and pour 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice into a second, separate shot glass.
  3. Take the full shot of Irish cream into the mouth but do not swallow.
  4. Pour the lime juice into the mouth and swish the liquids together for 5 to 10 seconds until the mixture curdles and thickens.
  5. Swallow the resulting mixture once it reaches the desired 'cement' consistency.
