Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Instructions:
- Measure and pour 1.5 oz of chilled Irish Cream Liqueur into a standard shot glass.
- Measure and pour 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice into a second, separate shot glass.
- Take the full shot of Irish cream into the mouth but do not swallow.
- Pour the lime juice into the mouth and swish the liquids together for 5 to 10 seconds until the mixture curdles and thickens.
- Swallow the resulting mixture once it reaches the desired 'cement' consistency.
