Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1 cup diced frozen mango
  • 1 medium banana, sliced (fresh)
  • 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the frozen berries and diced frozen mango.
  2. Add the fresh banana slices to the fruit mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the orange juice and honey (if using).
  4. Pour the juice over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat all the fruit.
  5. Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or small paper cups.
  6. Cover the tray/cups with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  7. To serve, remove the frozen cups from the tray, let sit at room temperature for a few minutes, then enjoy!
