Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- 1 cup diced frozen mango
- 1 medium banana, sliced (fresh)
- 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the frozen berries and diced frozen mango.
- Add the fresh banana slices to the fruit mixture.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the orange juice and honey (if using).
- Pour the juice over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat all the fruit.
- Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or small paper cups.
- Cover the tray/cups with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
- To serve, remove the frozen cups from the tray, let sit at room temperature for a few minutes, then enjoy!
