  • 8 ounces (227g) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) vegetable shortening or coconut oil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash strawberries gently and ensure they are completely dry. Pat them with paper towels.
