Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 0.5 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 0.5 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
  • 1 splash lemon-lime soda

Instructions:

  1. Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Pour in the Jameson Irish Whiskey, Peach Schnapps, and Sweet and Sour Mix.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds until the shaker feels frosty to the touch and the liquid is well-integrated.
  3. Strain the mixture evenly into two shot glasses, filling them about 3/4 of the way.
  4. Carefully pour a splash of lemon-lime soda over the top of each shot and serve immediately.
