  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (30ml; optional for sweetness)
  • Fresh fruit (e.g., berries, banana slices)
  • Nuts or seeds (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
  • Shredded coconut
  • Cinnamon or cocoa powder (for sprinkling)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add chia seeds.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk, vanilla extract, and optional sweetener.
  3. Pour the almond milk mixture into the bowl with chia seeds. Whisk vigorously to prevent clumping.
  4. Allow the mixture to sit for 5-10 minutes, then whisk again to break up any clumps.
  5. Transfer the chia pudding into a storage container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  6. Once set, serve the pudding in bowls or jars and add your desired toppings.
