- Nuts or seeds (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
- Shredded coconut
- Cinnamon or cocoa powder (for sprinkling)
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, add chia seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk, vanilla extract, and optional sweetener.
- Pour the almond milk mixture into the bowl with chia seeds. Whisk vigorously to prevent clumping.
- Allow the mixture to sit for 5-10 minutes, then whisk again to break up any clumps.
- Transfer the chia pudding into a storage container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Once set, serve the pudding in bowls or jars and add your desired toppings.
