Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
- 1/4 cup (60 g) dairy-free mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) anchovy paste
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) coarse salt
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl or jar, add lemon juice, olive oil, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, nutritional yeast, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, coarse salt, and black pepper.
- Whisk together until smooth and well combined.
- Adjust consistency with water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired thickness is achieved.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or lemon juice as needed.
- Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to one week.
