Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) dairy-free mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) anchovy paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) coarse salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl or jar, add lemon juice, olive oil, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, nutritional yeast, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, coarse salt, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.
  3. Adjust consistency with water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired thickness is achieved.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or lemon juice as needed.
  5. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to one week.
