- ¼ cup (60ml) buttermilk (low sodium or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5g) onion powder
- ½ teaspoon (1g) dried dill weed
- ½ teaspoon (1g) dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon (1g) black pepper
- 1 teaspoon (5g) lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt, buttermilk, and apple cider vinegar.
- Whisk in garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, parsley, and black pepper until well blended.
- Taste the dressing; add lemon juice for extra tang, if desired.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
