Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt (low-fat or non-fat)
  • ¼ cup (60ml) buttermilk (low sodium or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon (1g) dried dill weed
  • ½ teaspoon (1g) dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon (1g) black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) lemon juice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt, buttermilk, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Whisk in garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, parsley, and black pepper until well blended.
  3. Taste the dressing; add lemon juice for extra tang, if desired.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve chilled with your favorite salads, veggies, or as a dip.
