Ingredients:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz crumbled blue cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Add white wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the mixture. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Fold in crumbled blue cheese with a spatula. Gently mix until desired consistency is reached.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust acidity with more vinegar or lemon juice if preferred.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional crumbled blue cheese if desired.
