Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 oz crumbled blue cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add white wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the mixture. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Fold in crumbled blue cheese with a spatula. Gently mix until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust acidity with more vinegar or lemon juice if preferred.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with additional crumbled blue cheese if desired.
