Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 0.5 oz dry vermouth
  • 30g English cucumber, peeled and seeded
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.25 oz agave nectar
  • 0.5g sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place the peeled and seeded cucumber slices into the bottom of your shaker. Muddle firmly for 30 seconds until the cucumber is completely liquefied.
  2. Add the vodka, dry vermouth, lime juice, agave, and a pinch of salt to the shaker. Fill the shaker to the brim with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the shaker is frost-covered.
  4. Double-strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a chilled martini or coupe glass to remove cucumber bits and ice shards.
