Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 0.5 oz dry vermouth
- 30g English cucumber, peeled and seeded
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.25 oz agave nectar
- 0.5g sea salt
Instructions:
- Place the peeled and seeded cucumber slices into the bottom of your shaker. Muddle firmly for 30 seconds until the cucumber is completely liquefied.
- Add the vodka, dry vermouth, lime juice, agave, and a pinch of salt to the shaker. Fill the shaker to the brim with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the shaker is frost-covered.
- Double-strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a chilled martini or coupe glass to remove cucumber bits and ice shards.
