- 2 cups (300g) pretzel twists or sticks
- 12 oz (340g) white chocolate chips or melting chocolate
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) vegetable oil (optional, for thinning)
- Sprinkles, crushed nuts, or sea salt (for topping, optional)
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth. Alternatively, melt using a double boiler. If desired, add vegetable oil to thin the chocolate for easier dipping.
- Using a fork
- Sprinkle with your choice of toppings while the chocolate is still wet.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
