  1. Use a scale to accurately weigh each dry component for consistency.
  2. Combine feldspar, silica, kaolin, and whiting in a mixing bowl.
  3. Incorporate salts or oxides gradually for desired colors.
  4. Drizzle water into the dry mix, whisking until achieving a smooth, pourable consistency.
  5. Pass the mixed glaze through a sieve to remove any particles.
  6. Brush or dip apply the glaze to a test piece and allow it to dry.
  7. Schedule a cone 6 firing cycle, allowing for correct ramp-up and hold times.
