Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • Salt, to taste (about ¼ teaspoon)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste (about ¼ teaspoon)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Whisk together until smooth.
  2. Add apple cider vinegar and honey. Whisk again until fully incorporated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Transfer the Dijonaise sauce to an airtight container for storage if not using immediately.
