Ingredients:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup for vegan option
- Salt, to taste (about ¼ teaspoon)
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste (about ¼ teaspoon)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Whisk together until smooth.
- Add apple cider vinegar and honey. Whisk again until fully incorporated.
- Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Transfer the Dijonaise sauce to an airtight container for storage if not using immediately.
