Ingredients:
- 1 cup (200g) Granulated Sugar
- 1 tablespoon (8g) Cornstarch (or Tapioca Starch for Gluten-Free)
Instructions:
- Add the granulated sugar and cornstarch to the blender or food processor.
- Pulse the mixture several times to start, then blend on high speed until the sugar is ground into a fine powder. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure even processing.
- Let the dust settle for a minute or two before opening the blender or food processor.
- For an extra-smooth texture, sift the confectioners' sugar through a fine-mesh strainer.
- Transfer the homemade confectioners' sugar to an airtight container. It will keep for several months in a cool, dry place.
