Ingredients:
- 12 oz hot brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp grass-fed unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp C8 MCT oil
Instructions:
- Brew 12 ounces of coffee using high-quality, mold-tested beans. A French Press is recommended to retain natural oils. Steep for 4 minutes for a robust extraction.
- Pour the hot brewed coffee into a high-speed blender carafe. Be careful of the steam; don't seal the lid completely if your blender doesn't have a vent.
- Add the grass-fed unsalted butter and C8 MCT oil to the coffee in the blender. Use room temperature butter to help it incorporate faster.
- Blend on high speed for approximately 20-30 seconds until the coffee is emulsified and looks like a creamy latte with a thick froth on top.
