Instructions:
- In a small mixing bowl, add cornstarch, brown sugar, garlic powder, ground ginger, crushed red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt.
- Use a whisk or fork to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to the bowl.
- Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated and a thick paste forms, adding water if needed for a thinner consistency.
