Ingredients:

  • 1 tea bag (2g) white tea
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) boiling water
  • 1 oz (30ml) vodka
  • 1 oz (30ml) peach schnapps
  • 1 oz (30ml) sour mix
  • 2 oz (60ml) Sprite
  • 1 thin slice of lemon
  • 1 fresh mint leaf

Instructions:

  1. Steep the white tea in boiling water for exactly 3 minutes, then remove the tea bag or strain the leaves immediately.
  2. Flash-chill the brewed tea by placing it in the freezer for 5 minutes or stirring in a single ice cube until it reaches room temperature.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the chilled white tea, vodka, peach schnapps, and sour mix.
  4. Shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
  5. Strain the mixture into a shot glass or a chilled coupe glass.
  6. Top the drink with Sprite and garnish with a lemon slice and a fresh mint leaf.
