Ingredients:
- 1 tea bag (2g) white tea
- 1/2 cup (120ml) boiling water
- 1 oz (30ml) vodka
- 1 oz (30ml) peach schnapps
- 1 oz (30ml) sour mix
- 2 oz (60ml) Sprite
- 1 thin slice of lemon
- 1 fresh mint leaf
Instructions:
- Steep the white tea in boiling water for exactly 3 minutes, then remove the tea bag or strain the leaves immediately.
- Flash-chill the brewed tea by placing it in the freezer for 5 minutes or stirring in a single ice cube until it reaches room temperature.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the chilled white tea, vodka, peach schnapps, and sour mix.
- Shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
- Strain the mixture into a shot glass or a chilled coupe glass.
- Top the drink with Sprite and garnish with a lemon slice and a fresh mint leaf.
