Ingredients:

  • 3 oz (90 ml) vodka (preferably a premium brand)
  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) lychee liqueur (or lychee syrup for a sweeter version)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz (60 ml) lychee juice (canned or bottled)
  • Ice cubes (for shaking)

Instructions:

  1. Place your cocktail glasses in the freezer for a few minutes to chill.
  2. Measure out the vodka, lychee liqueur, fresh lime juice, and lychee juice.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, lychee liqueur, fresh lime juice, and lychee juice. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and secure the lid tightly. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Remove the chilled glasses from the freezer. Use a strainer to pour the mixture into each glass.
  5. Optionally, garnish with a fresh lychee fruit or a slice of lime on the rim of the glass.
