Ingredients:

  • 1 oz (30ml) Amaretto Syrup
  • 4 oz (120ml) Dr Pepper (chilled)
  • 1/2 oz (15ml) Fresh Lime Juice
  • Optional: 2-3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
  • Garnish: Orange Twist

Instructions:

  1. Ensure Dr Pepper and lime juice are well-chilled for the best flavour.
  2. In a highball or rocks glass filled with ice, add the Amaretto syrup, Dr Pepper, and lime juice.
  3. If using, add the Angostura bitters.
  4. Gently stir the ingredients until well combined. Avoid excessive stirring to prevent losing too much carbonation.
  5. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry and an orange twist. Serve immediately.
