Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and olive oil until fully combined.
  5. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined (do not overmix).
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
