Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and olive oil until fully combined.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined (do not overmix).
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
