Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Irish Whiskey
  • ½ oz Peach Schnapps
  • ½ oz Sweet and Sour Mix
  • ½ oz Lemon-Lime Soda

Instructions:

  1. Pour the Irish whiskey into your cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the peach schnapps to the whiskey.
  3. Pour in the sweet and sour mix. Note: Do not add the soda yet, or it will explode in the shaker.
  4. Fill the shaker 3/4 full with ice cubes.
  5. Seal the lid tightly.
  6. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds until the shaker feels frosty to the touch.
  7. Strain the mixture into two shot glasses.
  8. Top each glass with a splash of lemon lime soda until you see a slight foam form on top.
