Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 chicken drumsticks (approximately 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken drumsticks to the marinade
- Heat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).
- Place the marinated drumsticks on the grill. Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
