Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 chicken drumsticks (approximately 1.5 lbs or 680 g)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken drumsticks to the marinade
  3. Heat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).
  4. Place the marinated drumsticks on the grill. Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
