Ingredients:
- 10 cloves garlic, peeled (approx. 100g)
- 6 anchovy fillets, packed in oil, drained
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil (240ml)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (30g)
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 small bunch of radishes, tops trimmed
- 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 loaf of crusty bread, cut into pieces
Instructions:
- Peel and lightly crush garlic cloves.
- Rinse anchovy fillets under cold water, chop them into small pieces.
- In a small saucepan, pour in the olive oil and place over a low flame.
- Gently add garlic to the oil and sauté until soft and fragrant, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped anchovies until dissolved, blending with the oil and garlic.
- Add the butter, stirring until melted and the mixture becomes silky.
- Season with black pepper and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Prepare and arrange vegetables and bread around the bowl.
