Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hot brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla bean powder
  • 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare 8–12 ounces of high-quality coffee using filtered water and your preferred brewing method (French press or pour-over recommended).
  2. Pour the hot coffee into a high-speed blender jar. Add the grass-fed butter, MCT oil, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Secure the lid tightly and blend on high speed for 20–30 seconds until the coffee is light in color and has a thick, frothy head.
