Ingredients:
- 1 cup hot brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp grass-fed unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp MCT oil
- 1/2 tsp ground Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla bean powder
- 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt
Instructions:
- Prepare 8–12 ounces of high-quality coffee using filtered water and your preferred brewing method (French press or pour-over recommended).
- Pour the hot coffee into a high-speed blender jar. Add the grass-fed butter, MCT oil, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
- Secure the lid tightly and blend on high speed for 20–30 seconds until the coffee is light in color and has a thick, frothy head.
