Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (240 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickles, finely chopped (30 g)
  • 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and finely minced (15 g)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill or parsley, chopped (optional, 1 g)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop dill pickles and capers. Measure out mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mustard.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise.
  3. Stir in chopped dill pickles, minced capers, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  4. If using, mix in chopped fresh dill or parsley for added flavor.
  5. Taste the mixture and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. For best flavor, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
