Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise (240 ml)
- 2 tablespoons dill pickles, finely chopped (30 g)
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and finely minced (15 g)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill or parsley, chopped (optional, 1 g)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Finely chop dill pickles and capers. Measure out mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mustard.
- In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise.
- Stir in chopped dill pickles, minced capers, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- If using, mix in chopped fresh dill or parsley for added flavor.
- Taste the mixture and season with salt and black pepper.
- For best flavor, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
