Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) of raw honey
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of water
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 g) of cinnamon (or other flavoring, as desired)
- Optional: Fresh herbs (like rosemary or mint) or spices for infusion
Instructions:
- Lightly coat silicone molds with a non-stick spray (optional).
- In a small saucepan, whisk together honey and water over low heat until well combined.
- Add in desired flavors such as cinnamon or herbs. Stir to infuse.
- Carefully pour the honey mixture into each spoon mold, filling just below the rim.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for a few minutes, then place in the fridge until fully set (approximately 15 minutes).
- Once set, gently pop the honey spoons out of the molds and store in an airtight container.
