Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (120g)
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard (30g)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup (30g)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (15ml)
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste) (15ml)
  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeños, minced (15g)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (2g)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (2g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, yellow mustard, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Add hot sauce, minced jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl.
  3. Whisk everything together until smooth and well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.
  5. Transfer the sauce to an airtight container for storage.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
