Ingredients:

  • 3 oz (90 ml) premium vodka or gin
  • 1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz (30 ml) honey syrup
  • 2 oz (60 ml) fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) ginger liqueur or ginger syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint sprigs
  • Thin citrus slices (orange or lime)
  • Edible flowers or colorful straws

Instructions:

  1. Warm water and honey in a small saucepan over low heat until fully combined. Allow to cool to make honey syrup.
  2. Fill glasses with ice or place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to chill for a frosty presentation.
  3. In a shaker, combine vodka or gin, lime juice, honey syrup, orange juice, and ginger liqueur if using. Fill the shaker halfway with ice.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled and slightly frothy.
  5. Strain the mixture into the chilled glasses, filling about 2/3 full, then top each with sparkling soda or club soda.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of mint, citrus slices, and a colorful straw for visual appeal. Serve immediately.
