Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) Vodka
- 12 pieces (40g) Jolly Rancher candies
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 cups (480ml) Unsweetened sparkling water
- 6 oz Ice cubes
- 6 Jolly Rancher candies for garnish
Instructions:
- Place the Jolly Ranchers in a Ziploc bag and use a rolling pin or heavy spoon to crush the candies into a fine powder.
- Pour the candy powder into a cocktail shaker along with the vodka and lime juice.
- Shake vigorously for 60 seconds to break down the sugar crystals until the liquid is neon-colored and translucent.
- Fill the shaker to the brim with ice and shake again for 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels frost-bitten.
- Strain the mixture into 6 chilled glasses.
- Top each glass with equal parts sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
