Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) Vodka
  • 12 pieces (40g) Jolly Rancher candies
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 cups (480ml) Unsweetened sparkling water
  • 6 oz Ice cubes
  • 6 Jolly Rancher candies for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place the Jolly Ranchers in a Ziploc bag and use a rolling pin or heavy spoon to crush the candies into a fine powder.
  2. Pour the candy powder into a cocktail shaker along with the vodka and lime juice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 60 seconds to break down the sugar crystals until the liquid is neon-colored and translucent.
  4. Fill the shaker to the brim with ice and shake again for 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels frost-bitten.
  5. Strain the mixture into 6 chilled glasses.
  6. Top each glass with equal parts sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
