  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled (about 1 oz or 30g)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (about 15ml)
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, 15-30ml)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and prepare ingredients: Rinse the green apples and cucumber thoroughly. Peel the ginger.
  2. Core and cut apples: Core the green apples and cut them into quarters (no need to peel).
  3. Slice cucumber: Cut the cucumber into similar-sized pieces for even juicing.
  4. Juice ingredients: Pass the apple quarters, cucumber slices, and ginger through the juicer.
  5. Mix lemon juice: Stir in the fresh lemon juice and optional sweetener.
  6. Serve: Pour the juice into glasses over ice if desired, and enjoy immediately.
