Instructions:
- Drain the canned tuna through a fine-mesh strainer, pressing down firmly with a spoon to remove all excess water. Finely dice the red onion and hard-boiled eggs.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the avocado oil mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and fresh lemon juice until the mixture is smooth and velvety.
- Add the drained tuna, diced eggs, and red onion to the bowl. Gently fold the ingredients into the dressing using a fork.
- Stir in the salt and pepper. Mix only until combined to avoid breaking down the tuna flakes into a paste.
