Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups (168g) Almond Flour, finely ground
  • 1/4 cup (20g) Psyllium Husk Powder
  • 1/4 cup (12g) Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 cup (240ml) Warm Water
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes (important for psyllium husk to absorb moisture).
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
  6. On a sheet of parchment paper, place a portion of the dough. Cover with another sheet of parchment. Roll out as thinly as possible (aim for paper-thin). Alternatively, use a tortilla press.
  7. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the flattened dough into triangle chip shapes.
  8. Carefully transfer the parchment paper with the chips onto a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through baking to ensure even browning.
  10. Let cool completely on the baking sheet for maximum crispness.
