Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups (168g) Almond Flour, finely ground
- 1/4 cup (20g) Psyllium Husk Powder
- 1/4 cup (12g) Nutritional Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 cup (240ml) Warm Water
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes (important for psyllium husk to absorb moisture).
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
- On a sheet of parchment paper, place a portion of the dough. Cover with another sheet of parchment. Roll out as thinly as possible (aim for paper-thin). Alternatively, use a tortilla press.
- Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the flattened dough into triangle chip shapes.
- Carefully transfer the parchment paper with the chips onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through baking to ensure even browning.
- Let cool completely on the baking sheet for maximum crispness.
