Ingredients:

  • 12 oz Irish Whiskey
  • 12 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 12 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
  • 12 oz Sprite

Instructions:

  1. Pour the Irish whiskey, peach schnapps, and sweet and sour mix into a 64 oz pitcher.
  2. Stir gently with a long handled spoon for about 30 seconds until the liquid is fully integrated and opaque lime green. Note: Don't rush this or you'll get streaks of clear alcohol.
  3. Seal the pitcher with a lid or plastic wrap.
  4. Place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours.
  5. Retrieve the pitcher from the fridge immediately before you are ready to serve.
  6. Pour in the chilled Sprite.
  7. Stir very slowly once or twice until the soda is incorporated but still bubbly. Note: Aggressive stirring will kill the carbonation.
  8. Pour into shot glasses and serve immediately.
