Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) water
- 1 bag (2g) green tea
- 2 tbsp (30ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tbsp (21g) honey
- 2 slices (10g) fresh lime
- 3-4 leaves (1g) fresh mint
Instructions:
- Heat water until it just begins to simmer (roughly 175°F/80°C). Steep the green tea for exactly 3 minutes until the liquid turns a clear, pale amber, then remove the tea bag or strain the leaves immediately.
- While the tea is still warm, stir in the honey until completely dissolved. Pour in the fresh lime juice and stir gently.
- Fill a tall glass to the brim with large ice cubes and pour the lime green tea mixture directly over the ice to flash-chill the beverage.
- Garnish with fresh lime slices and mint leaves before serving.
