Ingredients:

  • 192g Milk Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix (2 packages, 3.4 oz each)
  • 710ml Whole milk, chilled
  • 150g Sweetened condensed milk
  • 475ml Heavy whipping cream
  • 30g Powdered sugar
  • 5ml Pure vanilla extract
  • 312g Vanilla wafers
  • 500g Ripe bananas, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
  • 85g Mini milk chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk chocolate instant pudding mix, chilled whole milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth. Place in the refrigerator to set for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate chilled bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  3. Spread a small layer of the chocolate pudding at the bottom of a 9x13 inch glass baking dish or trifle bowl.
  4. Create a layer of vanilla wafers followed by a layer of sliced bananas. Spread half of the remaining chocolate pudding over the bananas.
  5. Top with half of the whipped cream, then repeat the layers of wafers, bananas, and the remaining pudding.
  6. Finish with a final layer of whipped cream. Sprinkle the mini milk chocolate chips over the top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the wafers to soften and the flavors to meld before serving.
