Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (235g) Miracle Whip
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) neutral oil
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp (15g) granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp (5g) Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) fine sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Miracle Whip and neutral oil. Whisk vigorously until the oil is fully incorporated and the mixture looks glossy and uniform.
  2. Add the white vinegar, granulated sugar, Dijon mustard, fine sea salt, and ground black pepper to the bowl. Continue whisking for 2-3 minutes until the texture is completely smooth and no sugar granules remain.
  3. Transfer the dressing to an airtight glass jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the viscosity to thicken.
