Ingredients:
- 1 cup (235g) Miracle Whip
- 2 tbsp (30ml) neutral oil
- 2 tbsp (30ml) white vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15g) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp (5g) Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp (3g) fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) ground black pepper
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Miracle Whip and neutral oil. Whisk vigorously until the oil is fully incorporated and the mixture looks glossy and uniform.
- Add the white vinegar, granulated sugar, Dijon mustard, fine sea salt, and ground black pepper to the bowl. Continue whisking for 2-3 minutes until the texture is completely smooth and no sugar granules remain.
- Transfer the dressing to an airtight glass jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the viscosity to thicken.
